Child Safety Standards
Effective date: 31 August 2026 · Version 1.0
Our published standards for preventing, detecting and responding to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on Wobochat, and the designated contact for CSAM-compliance inquiries.
Zero tolerance
Wobochat has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any activity that endangers a minor. Wobochat is built and operated for adults only no one under 18 may hold an account, appear in a profile, or use any part of the service, in any country where Wobochat is available.
1. Our Commitment
Wobochat exists to help adults build genuine connections, and that mission depends on keeping minors off the platform entirely. These standards describe the safeguards we put around every account, profile, photo, message and match, and the process we follow when someone reports a concern about a child's safety.
This page is reviewed on an ongoing basis as our product and processes evolve. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern the platform more broadly.
2. Who Can Use Wobochat
Wobochat is restricted to adults aged 18 and over. Everyone confirms their age when they create an account, and our Terms of Service require every user to be at least 18.
When we determine that an account belongs to someone under 18 whether through a report, a moderation review, or any other signal that account is permanently removed. Creating a new account to get back onto the platform after removal is itself a violation of our Terms.
3. Preventing Abuse on the Platform
Our Community Guidelines set clear, enforced limits on what belongs on Wobochat:
• No sexual content involving minors, in any form real, drawn, or AI-generated including solicitation of, or grooming behaviour toward, anyone the account holder believes or has reason to believe is a minor • No nudity or sexually explicit content of any kind, between adults or otherwise • No fake profiles or impersonation, including misrepresenting your age to gain trust or access to another user • No harassment, hate speech or bullying toward any user
Users can request an identity-verification badge; a member of our team reviews each request before the badge is granted, adding a human checkpoint on top of self-reported profile information. Anyone can also block another user instantly blocking removes the ability to message or view a profile immediately, with no need to explain why.
4. Reporting & Detection
Every profile and every conversation on Wobochat can be reported directly from the app no separate account or web form required. Reporters choose the reason that fits, with "Underage user" as its own dedicated category alongside harassment, spam, inappropriate content, fake profiles and other concerns, and can add a written description of what happened.
Reports are routed to our Trust & Safety team through an internal moderation queue, where staff can warn, suspend, or permanently ban an account, and remove violating content.
5. Our Response
Reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, typically within 24 hours of being filed. Where a report or our own review confirms a violation of these standards, we take action proportionate to what happened a warning, content removal, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban.
Any account connected to CSAM, to the solicitation or grooming of a minor, or to a user we determine is under 18, is removed permanently, without an appeal path back to that account. We retain the records needed to support a law enforcement investigation into the conduct.
6. Working with Authorities
Wobochat complies with the child-safety laws that apply to it and reports suspected CSAM or child exploitation to the relevant national and regional authorities in the jurisdictions where it operates. We cooperate with law enforcement requests connected to those reports, including preserving the account and content records relevant to an investigation.
Anyone including a user, a parent, or a platform reviewer can also report suspected CSAM directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org), which accepts reports from anywhere in the world, independent of any report made to us.
7. How to Report a Concern

Select the reason that fits choose "Underage user" if your concern involves a minor. 4. Add any details that will help our team understand what happened (up to 1,000 characters), then submit.
