You retain ownership of content you post on Wobochat. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with our service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice.

6. Premium Plans

Wobochat offers optional paid plans (Gold and Premium) that provide access to additional features. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. Plan benefits are as described at the time of purchase and may be updated with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, for conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or to Wobochat, or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wobochat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any matches or connections you make through our platform will result in meaningful relationships.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wobochat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
